If an order is canceled prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled after the product has shipped.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 15 days from the date you've received purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the package to the waybill address. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse team. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-7 business days. For customer-paid returns, the original shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Note: All returns and refunds must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Returning items directly to waybill address may result in a failed refund.


Refund Delayed or Lost

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially released. Then, contact your bank. There is often a bit of processing time before a refund is posted.
