Orders
What size should I buy?
Our size guide is intended to help you choose the best size, but please note that fit can vary depending on the style. For example, more relaxed or loose-fitting pieces may run larger than what the size guide suggests.
If you have any questions about specific measurements or need assistance with sizing, don’t hesitate to reach out.
How do I place an order?
Step 1. Add the desired item and quantity to your shopping cart.
Step 2. Click the shopping cart icon.
Step 3. Review your order and click Checkout.
Step 4. Sign in or register.
Step 5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, and complete the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations of orders before dispatch and will refund the full order amount. Once your order has left the warehouse, it is out of our hands. and you will need to wait for your order to be delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on providing prompt service which includes getting your order out as soon as possible.
Are customs and duties fees included in the price of order?
They are not. Unfortunately, we have no say in customs and duty fees. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the package. The amounts vary from country to country and depend on the item ordered.
Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
At Sherrvani, we provide worldwide shipping with fast and reliable delivery. We are dedicated to ensuring that your orders arrive in the best condition and on time.
We offer both standard and express shipping options around the world (Free standard shipping on all orders over $89). For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Why is there no tracking update?
As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your country. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see tracking updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If there is anything wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a review.
Please do not return anything until we have reviewed your case, our customer service team will send further instructions after reviewing. We reserve the right to refuse return requests. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For more information, please refer to our Return & Exchange.
What should I do if there's something wrong with my order?
Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number and detailed information regarding the problem and provide pictures if there is any quality issue: help@sherrvani.com.
Can I exchange my purchased items?
Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and then place a new order.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers will need to pay the difference. If the new item is less expensive (in cases of product quality issues), the price difference will be refunded.
Refund
What is your refund policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 15 days from the date you've received purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective. For customer-paid returns, the original shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Note:All returns and refunds must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Returning items directly to waybill address may result in a failed refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse team, please estimate up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account. For customer-paid returns, the original shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
